"The Agency carries out tasks relating to the security of the Republic of Serbia; the discovery and prevention of activities which threaten to undermine or disturb the constitutional order of the Republic of Serbia; the acquisition, processing and analysis of security-intelligence information relevant to the security of Republic of Serbia; informing the competent state authorities about security issues; and other responsibilities determined by the Law " - Article 2 of the Law on BIA.
